I'm pretty sure this has been suggested before, so I hope it's not a problem that I'm bringing it up again. I would still really like to see it implemented. I would like to be able to do this:

Brassiere but using the pet's ID number instead of their name. I'll admit it's mainly because I have a pet with a "disallowed" name that I don't want to change

Devil&;s Food Cake whose link the current way is broken, but I think it could be generally useful.
