I keep getting errors when I want to get a new virus saying I don’t have enough sps. But I do have enough. Tried all kinds of viruses cheap and pricey but no luck

Editing to add: I will note that right before this, I'd noticed my last requested strain (Romantic: Flushed) hadn't progressed in a few hours. I went to go check and it was showing me the list of strains as though I hadn't already clicked the 2.5mil option to get it. So I clicked again, and at the time, didn't have enough for it. So I went to my shop to grab enough and still had the same 'you don't have enough' message after I did have enough.

I have just tried to purchase Metal virus and got the error not enough sp message even though I had 650,000sp on hand, please can this be fixed as I really want that skin before the event ends

Try getting the free virus and then going to the "Bite Me Directory" in the Survival forums and ask people to bite you with the metal virus. It's the cheapest way to go too.

This was a known issue from last year too. Make sure you are signed into New Subeta or purchasing the strains won't work.

If it's showing that you are logged in, try logging out and then back in again. This should fix it.

i did that all. Was on my phone and it was not working. An hour later i tried on my laptop no problems

Oh okay not the only one. Tried 5 times kept getting the same message. Am signed into new Subeta, but also on phone

Just got this error on a 2022 virus strain with 4mil so on hand :(

Just got this error on a 2012 virus (I had enough sP on hand). Refreshed the page and hard refreshed the page, and still got the error

(I am signed into New Subeta as I'd only just gone to the wardrobe to clear my newest zombie skin before trying to get a new strain)

I'm having this problem with a 2017 strain. I'm not on my phone, I'm on a laptop, I'm signed into new Subeta and I definitely have enough sP. I've refreshed, I've cleared cookies, I've closed the browser. I would like to do just one last skin before the holiday is over :c

So I was definitely wrong about it being the same glitch from last year. A few people have been saying they are being overcharged for strains.

[topic not found] This person was charged 30 million sP for a strain that should only cost 500k.

For now I recommend using the random/free option and just asking for bites over at the biting directory. This glitch seems unpredictable and inconsistent.

The other day I tried getting Song twice, and Sporous once. Not only did I have enough sp, but I think the 2,500,000 from those few clicks were stolen.

just had this issue as well, wound up going for the free option and thankfully got the virus i wanted thanks to the NVLB board. hopefully this is fixed for next year :

I also got that error message earlier this morning when trying to sign up. It didn't take any of my sP though. I logged out and logged back in like 10 minutes later and I could finally sign up.

I've also gotten this message. I'm not missing sP, though. Specifically the strain I'm trying to get is Caterkiller.

EDIT: at 2:20am Subeta time, it went through.

I did not get this message while signing up today, but it did take 6mil sP away from me on a 1mil strain selection. (I have already submitted a ticket, waiting to hear back on compensation)
