Hi there. I'm not sure why, but after i removed twice an unwanted virus strain (i was always getting the same new two that i already have as skins in my wardrobe... which was a bit frustrating) i'm no more able to get a new free one. I tried it twice (some hours ago), but i'm getting no match with an infection specialist. I also had trouble paying to remove the ones i didn't want... thank you very much in advance!
