Anyone else having trouble removing their skin. I was notified my infection was complete. I tried removing it so I could get a new infection, but it will not clear. I can switch to other skins, just cannot clear it.

Are you clicking Wear after clicking to clear your current skin in the wardrobe?

This happened to me as well. I simply 'clicked' on the skin that I was wearing and it was removed from my HA. Then I clicked "wear" and I was ready for a new infection.

Yes. When I click clear it never removes the skin. It worked after I got the Jacked skin, but now it will not clear.

were you clicking the "clear" button on the left hand side or the "clear current skin" button in the skins tab? the first one only clears any clothes you're wearing. the second one is specifically for skins.
