Every time I try to finish a Saggitarius Quest I keep getting this error, Oh No! I expect a certain amount of sP to be put into my quests. Sadly, you just can't provide that.

He has a minimum requirement of, I'm pretty sure, 1.5 million sp. So odds are you had enough to start the quest, but when you bought the items it dropped you under his limit. If you get back over that minimum it'll let you finish the quest.
