I did 15 Cinthia Quests and 15 Wizard quests yesterday, but today it still shows I have completed 15.

They didn't reset, so I cannot do said quests again today.

Same here. None of my quests reset from yesterday. :(

I'm having the same issue! I did all 10 quests for almost all the ones listed plus Major Drills and Shinwa yesterday. It didn't reset for me either today. I'm always checking the time to make sure I get them too.
