It's been awhile since I've logged onto Subeta so bear with me.

I'm rank 872. I know that the higher your rank, the more items that will show up in the Blue Building Shop. I haven't seen any new items in awhile though so is there a cap to the rank?

yeah, I don't think it goes very high. My rank is so high that, other than when I first got into the building eons ago I've never been restricted from seeing anything.

Its very hard to determine the exactly number, but I think once you get to 100 you can definitely see everything, and it might be as low as rank 25.

That makes sense. I wish they'd do more with it but I got into the Blue Building forever ago and now I do the quests because they're short and easy.
