I just came back to check on the site after a few years away, but Ive already forgotten where to find some things.

Glade Spirit says it is available in the Cash Shop but not sure where?

and the Restless Spirits (Malevolent, Sad, and Angry) say they are a Game Prize but I do not know which one or how to figure that out.

The Glade Spirit isn't available in the Cash Shop. It apparently was a prize during the Peka-boo event back in 2014 that could be bought with CSC. I wasn't active on Subeta at the time, so maybe someone who participated might have more insight.

The Restless Spirits were plot prizes from battling an opponent back in 2015. I got this info from SubetaLodge. It's a good resource for information on items!
