So, I read that Uncommon and Rare items stock less often than Common, Normal, etc.

I gather that means that when an NPC shop refreshes, which seems to happen multiple times an hour, it has a greater chance of refilling the Common items than the Rare ones, is that right?

Is there a number or a ballpark estimate on how rare is Rare and how uncommon is Uncommon? Is a Rare item likely to get refilled once an hour? once a day? once a week? etc.

Thanks!

My understanding is that while the item in rarity varies EVERY restock is supposed to contain at least one rare item. Now you're also going up against restockers who may know the stock well enough to quickly spot the rare item(s) and snag them. Some user advice is to stalk a few select shops to know the stock to better catch the rares when they come in.

FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.

Thanks! Good to know. I might have to try stalking the book shops. :)
