Are these accounts humans that just copy-paste canned messages or are they bots? I've never seen them post.
they are humans, there are no bot responses! even subetateam isnt a bot ;)
[npc=forumbot] is the only "bot" account, I think (and I'm not sure if it's still active, but it is/was meant to lock old threads)
When you submit a ticket, the UA who responds is a real person, but their responses are likely standardized somewhat just for professional consistency. The sidebar event that you get when a ticket is assigned is automatic and not sent by a specific user or account
It's exactly as others have said in the thread! All tickets are answered by members of staff, and we are all human. You may not see us posting on the forums much since we're busy with a lot of things.
The sidebar events are automatically generated, and when you go to your ticket, you can see which member of staff is responding to you.
