So I have been having an issue with a particular hair coupon for quite some time now. The Waterfall Hair Coupon is probably my absolute favorite hair coupon that I have acquired, to be honest. However, it doesn't show up under my Hair Salon anymore. I use to be able to customize it and randomly one day (probably over the past year or two) it just disappeared off my Hair Salon list. It makes me wonder what other hairs have just magically disappeared off my list that I bought and redeemed. If someone could please fix, at least this hair in my hair salon list, I'd be grateful. I've literally been re-using the hair only by going through past outfits that now display the hair as "legacy". I wrote in a ticket and they told me they couldn't do anything and I'd have to post in here about it.

I saw another user post in December about a different hair and still saw no response of resolution on this issue.

Along the same lines, I redeemed the yesterday. Since, it has been showing up as a blank in the wardrobe and I am unable to edit it (the image is a broken image block inside the editing screen) Now today I'm noticing a number of hairstyles that are blank or bald, only if I go to edit them, they will show up on the edit screen and I can still use them. Cleared my cache and now different styles are showing as bald... Is my wardrobe haunted? Is this being looked into?

Broken on both Windows Desktop and Android Phone IOS Chrome is up to date Version 111.0.5563.65 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I was going to make a ticket as this forum post hasn't been responded to in over a month (per the first post) but um...

Before you make a ticket, please ask yourself: Can this bug be used to gain an unfair advantage in the game? Can this bug be used to hurt, bother or harass others? Do you require reimbursement? (This includes items, currencies, and resets for things like daily features.)

Clearly this hair salon issue doesn't hurt anyone or exploit anything... But it would be cool if there was any acknowledgement from staff that this is an issue and it is impacting gameplay and enjoyment for more than one individual.

"Do you require reimbursement?" I mean no, but I did pay CSC for the coupon that I bought with USD. I paid to use an item and I can't use the item. Do I want to be reimbursed? No, I want the thing I bought to work how it was intended or for anyone to tell us that it is being looked into.

Is pinging a staff member directly considered rude? IDK how else to bring attention to this if I can't technically make a ticket.

A bit unrelated but I can't unlock some hair at all (Lang or Beach Glass) while I can redeem others. D: Frustrating. I reported it as a ticket but not sure if qualifies for such.

I literally filed a ticket for this and was told: "Thank you for writing in, and unfortunately, this isn't something that a staff member can fix through the ticket system. You'll need to post about this in the Problems & Bugs Forum - Wardrobe Issues and staff will be able to help you there!"

Except I have not been helped at all. I absolutely should be compensated for my hair coupon purchases if they no longer work properly. It irks me that this has clearly been a known issue for quite some time with little to no acknowledgement or resolve.

At least with the addition of new comments to this thread, we are finally seeing a staff response to this topic.

@/Battle Yeah, I'm annoyed. Honestly don't think this is being actively looked into or a priority at all. If more people used the feature I'm sure there would be a bigger outcry for resolution to the issue. But it's been two months since your original post and more since the other user posted something along similar lines. Maybe I will ask for a refund so there is like an actual albeit small consequence for this feature being broken for so long. 🤷

4/25 update: I made a ticket requesting the hair coupon be removed from my hair salon so I could at least use the item I paid for in the wardrobe without editing it. The kind person assigned to my ticket said this - "I'm going to pass this along to the programming and content teams to make sure it hasn't been inadvertently overlooked." I do appreciate them actually looking into this. Although afterwards I was asked to clear the cashe again, so I did, but with the same broken image result. Not sure what the other teams reported back. Maybe this is a weird semi-isolated problem. Going to remain optimistic so long as my ticket remains active.

5/9 update: This was resolved a while back I've just been lazy. The consensus after filing a ticket is that the Case Hair Coupon is just broken and will be fixed when 2.0 releases. So anyone who happens to read this. DO NOT REDEEM THE because it will not work in the salon.

Good (bad) news -- I don't think it's just with coupons. I tried to redeem the and it doesn't even show up unless I search it (which I absolutely will not remember to do, so ... yay me)

[edit] Ok it just takes...about 20 minutes to show up now. Better late than never.

Here to say in 11/17/23 that the Case hair coupon still hasnt been fixed. Im running windows 10 OS and Chrome OS.
