I was wondering if there are any more activities (besides Library quests as I'm already onto that) that generally gives you books? My pet Scripton is a novice reader. :) Thanks.

the game Spindles has some exclusive books, 6 I think, you can buy with points earned from the game.

You can also buy INT points for your pets from the game winnings. However this only works for pets with very, very low int. The cost of 1 point of INT is dependent on how much INT your pet has and the price goes up very steeply! I usually only buy INT points up until the pet reaches 100 or so INT.

A lot of activities will hand out one or two books (random has a single book, Refection has a couple, you can fish up some books in the underground, etc). But its 1 or 2, here and there, nothing else gives out a lot of books.

Oh...there is the vending machines, but they give out low rarity books you can easily buy in the shop at any time. If you're working on vending achievements anyway, then you might want to vend at Blue Sky, but you'll get a lot of junk you already have.

Other than that, its earning event currencies to buy in the event shops - the next event is Survival.

Besides above, you can also purchase books from NPC Shops directly. Book Nook is the primary book shop, but other shops (such as Atebus shop) can also stock books, though there are less of them :)
