Some people might just need a friendly nudge. Battling can be intimidating for new or even old players. It's nice to know there's a place you can go to ask for help.

Also you can buy the billboard (it is an item to make the forum ads) for sp or even get a free one from the bathhouse.

I intended this to not have any negative connotations... I just needed the response that billboards can come from the bathhouse or be bought for sP.
