Account warnings should be revamped to look like this:

With quick links to the offending content and the actual rules, this would be a lot better message than just having a dismissable notification saying "You got an Account Warning for X" and then a paragraph about what X is, and would provide better feedback to users.

While verbal warnings simply indicate what rule you've broken, Official Warnings do include more detail. You can also submit a ticket any time for additional clarification (we don't bite!). And if it helps at all, the site's Rules, Community Guidelines, and Terms and Conditions are linked on every page of the site. :)
