It has just struck 1 AM Subeta time. Alexander of the Library quests was announced as the Weekend Special Quest forty or so minutes ago. I have been patiently waiting to complete my new quests, but I can't, because they're all listed as completed- from being completed yesterday.

The dailies seem to have reset, as I was able to visit the bathhouse, and it retained and continued my streak. The space tree says I got a fruit today already, but I claimed it at 11:59, so I assumed it had already ticked over on Subeta's clock, while my own was a few seconds behind.

May I please do my quests today?
