Are there any jackets with fringe/tassels? Asking for a friend who's trying to do a cowboy type thing

One that I use for a similar purpose is . It's not necessarily fringe, but it kind of looks like it on the left side!

I guess due to the arm position of the standard HA the fringes would be hard to see. atm I do not know of any fringed cowboy jacket, but maybe your friend can combine some items like with and some brown sleeves?
