Alright, I know this has been asked and answered many times and I I know I knew the answer once, but hey, forum search isn't a thing, so I can't easily look it up.

The only thing I'm now missing to enter the Blue Building is the password - is there anything in particular one could do to trigger this, or do you just have to hope it happens? (It's a random event, isn't it? It's been so long since I last played, I don't remember.)

IIRC, it's a random event you get when visiting the Blue Building page. So just refreshing or visiting it often will eventually trigger it, and, luckily, you won't have to write it down or anything; it's automatically saved/applied for you!
