The last time I had logged on was the 29th of December. Unfortunately I missed yesterday, but I got on recently today to see a few new notifications, including " Someone has sent you a Fruity Watermelon Giftbox! Check your gifts to see what you got :)" This was of course unexpected. But when I clicked on the link, there were no records of any gifts at all whatsoever. The notification was new since the 29th, but I don't know exactly when. Some time in the last...30 hours?

I'm not especially annoyed about lacking a gift (I have no idea what it might have been and was expecting nothing right now anyway, so why worry about it), but I thought it was very strange and that I should say something.

The Gifts page automatically shows the current month (Jan/23), so to view something received in December 29th you need to switch to Dec/22.
