Number of pets not correct - Dashboard + Achievements page

Hello Subeta-Team,
I have this "Bug/Problem" for many years and often forget to report it. I have only 2 pets, but under my dashboard I got always this message:
Pet Slots 2/21
and under my Achievements (In Progress) - Pets section I got this message:
Massive Family! 3/20 Have 20 pets!
My profile is fine and always show both. I never created more than 2 pets and wonder how this happen. Maybe someone from the team can tell me why is it happen. Thank you in advance. ^^ Firefox 108.0.1. (64-Bit), Windows 10

Hey there! Is it possible that you maybe borrowed a pet or got one from the pound momentarily? If you have ever had 3 on your account at any time, it will forever change the number. But there is nothing that it will affect to be honest because that number will not go up unless you get more than 3 now.

Thank you for coming back to me. ^^
I never borrowed any other pet or got one from the pound, because Magnus and Swampie are the only two pet species I like and I would never pick up nor create any other pet.
What I only did was using the Pet Zapper (old and new version) ma~ny years ago. The Serpenth was the official race and my Serpenth was turned into a Swampie. But I don't think it has to do with this, while the achievement page changed the count over 5+ years ago, before this time, it always showed 2.
I thought it was a "Bug/Problem", but when you say nothing affect the number until I get more than 3 okay. ^-^ (I don't think it's possible to check into my account if I ever had 3 pets from staff site?)
