At this point I've waited 5 days, so I figured I'd make a thread since staff hasn't replied at all to the users on the News Post.
The was supposed to go out to all of us whose subscription renewed and gave us the message that we would receive the new item when it was released. It was released on the 22nd and many of us are still waiting. There hasn't been any communication regarding whether staff is aware or working on the issue, or wanting us to file tickets or what. I do understand there was a holiday in the middle of the last 5 days, but it would be appreciated if staff could please address this issue in some way or form and let us know what is happening. This has happened for the last several subscription items but none have taken quite this long without any staff communication.

My subscription renewed on the 19th of December. Until now, my monthly item, the little goat this time, didn't arrive. In the last months, it was always very late, and I had to file a ticket last time. This would be okay if staff would tell us that it'll be looked into. I am only worried it wouldn't arrive until my next plan renews.

Can confirm that I never received this item and I'm subscribed.
I didn't receive the item either. I had to file a ticket last month (and maybe the previous month as well) to get the subscription item. I will file a ticket this weekend if I don't receive the item.

I also didn't get it. They have been late sometimes, but only by a few days (I guess there is some issue with the script and staff has to push them out manually, or something?). I figured what with it being a holiday it would take longer for it to be looked at.
I filed a ticket about this yesterday and received this response:
Feels oddly form-letterish but I guess they are aware of the problem and are working on it. I haven't gotten the subscription item yet and the ticket remains open.
When the same thing happened last month I made a ticket and it turned up a little while later, I'm not sure if I should make a ticket yet but I still haven't got the item either.
Literally the only reason I subscribe is so I can get the subscription items when they're released... like if this is going to continue to be an issue I'll just unsub and buy from the users who are lucky enough to get the item correctly.
I got an update to my ticket today that says they "hope to have this resolved over the weekend", for anybody still waiting. (I don't have the item yet myself.)
Thank you for the info about your ticket (both the initial and the update! I appreciate it very much and hopefully it will get sorted soon. It's disappointing we still don't have public response from staff.
You're welcome! Yeah, I agree. At this point, until they figure out whatever has been going on with them, all the news posts for subscription items probably ought to just include a message that they may be delayed for some users.

Thanks for the updates! I still have not received mine either, and my subscription renewed on the 12th. It was also late last month. Usually I get the item as soon as it is released, because it's typically released after the 12th. I wonder what's up?

This is odd because I'm pretty sure I actually got mine and sold it almost immediately. It's very odd that some people are getting it and others aren't.
You did bc I'm pretty sure I bought it from your trades! I don't have a subscription so I keep watch trough the shop search, and I do see the price went from about 5m to 30m

This is accurate! Staff is aware of the issue and we hope to have it resolved over the weekend. No need to file individual tickets at this time. If that changes, we'll let y'all know. :) Thank you for your patience.
