I went to use my loyalty box for 3 months of Gold Account and it just directs me to the shop where I have to pay? Was this feature removed? Is there something else I am supposed to click?

Are you clicking on "Choose Loyalty Gold Account Totem" or the link in the item's description? Kinda scared to end up with a totem I won't use for a while but if the GA was removed there would definitely be an announcement and when I hover over the choice it shows me this url:
