i been having this problem for probably a week, the prices don't update when i use the autopricer i normally list the items in the New Price (Lowest) and proceed with the autopricer, but the prices don't change. i already clean caché log out and log in and is still the same problem everyday.

The prices change when i do it manually but, i got a GA Acount this month and have a lot of items up for sale so the autopricer is really useful for me.

hmm. i just tried it and it worked fine for me.

1. are you actually clicking the "autoprice your shop" button after submitting the prices to the server?
2. are you receiving a sidebar notification confirming that the autopricing completed?
3. if you try to autoprice again, does it say you've already autopriced that day?

that's very odd, i guess it must be some sort of bug. maybe try filing a ticket to see if a staff member can see what's going on behind the scenes to cause this.

Filing a ticket is probably the best option, but I wanted to also let you know I moved this to the problem and bug forum. :)
