I don't think it's open yet; There will be an announcement in the news when it does. It should appear when it opens on the Pawn Shop page (Centropolis --> Lower West Side). Not sure if it will open today.

Yup when we get the news announcement, a link for the shop will appear in the actual pawn shop as well.
