For about 20 minutes I have been trying to make a purchase and clicked Yes I am sure and all is does is spin! EDIT: OK, it is now 12:45 and the wheel is still spinning - not sure what to do....

This happened to me too. I had to refresh a couple times and try again before it would actually go. If this was a sale item you were trying to purchase though, refreshing will show you the regular price. I would file a ticket about this as them cutting off the sale when they did (10 minutes after they said they would) affected your purchase, making it their fault you couldn't complete the purchase in time.

Told the shop owner, checked that the purchase was not taken in the cash shop log, it wasn't so the shop owner put the item in trades for me at the discount price! But thank you!
