If I have one item locked in my inventory, it stays locked. If I have 2 or the same item, it unlocks and can do anything with it, even delete it. But it was supposed to stay locked for a reason.

Do you have both copies of the items locked? You would have to unstack items in your inventory to be certain.

I have a fishing pole locked, got an other from fishing, wanted to put it in gallery, the locked one showed unlocked after the move. One showed locked, one unlocked in inventory, didn't touch the locked one, yet it unlocked by itself. Not the first time, not the first item, had a GA maybe, same thing one locked, used one, the other showed unlocked. Hope I explain ok, not so good at it :D
