<p>Merana&;s supposed to appear for 12 hours at a time, randomly.</p>
<p>You can do her quests for hydrus during this time. If you start a quest and don&;t finish it, and she disappears, the quest is canceled for you (so, you won&;t be on that same quest when she appears again).
