I have cleared my cache; I have logged out and logged back in on v2…and still my ornaments won’t load on my tree! They are in my ornament inventory though. It’s my first Lumi, so there is a strong chance I haven’t done something quite right…?

I'm sorry to hear that! It also took me a whole lot of hard refreshes (Control + F5) and clearing cache, but it finally worked to get my tree and ornaments to show up on my tree. Most of the trees should be working properly now (or at least showing up properly on all areas).
