No need to file a ticket, we are aware. If your tree doesn't show on your profile or using sCode, it's because you didn't have a tree last year. Right now in those two places, it's pulling from 2021. When you go to gift someone or decorate, it shows the proper tree.

Hi hope someone could help . I had tree last year . I decorate the new ones and it didn’t showed up , by mistake I delete the tree on my profile . Anyone could help me put it again please ?!?! 🥹
