I was 100% sure I had these 3 toppers (from Melody's Cottage 2019): Glass Snowflake Topper, Bright Star Topper, Colorful Star Topper

But they aren't in my ornament inventory (or in my vault for that matter). I would never sell any of the Melody's items, and I have both the 2019 lumi achievements, so I'm sure I must have received them. I do see them in shops, so I guess what I'm asking is if I'm going crazy and others do see these toppers in their ornament inventory, or if it's a general disappering thing?

I also noticed I didn't have the Handmade Luminaire Tree Ornament. It's a Free Gift from Dec. 22, 2019. Again, I was there, 100% sure I must have collected it, but also not in my account (I just bought one though, but it doesn't show up in my tree, so there's an issue with that too). Strange it's all melody/lumi items from december 2019 that seem to have disappeared from my account.

yes, this was a glitch. Submit a ticket to get them back. I did it last year (I think, or maybe the year before).

Thank you for the info, and confirming I'm not going crazy! Were those the only items affected, or were there more? Those are the only ones that struck me now as ones I definitely should have received.

I do remember all the items you posted were part of it for sure and I don't really think there were any others, but it was a while ago and I can't be 100% positive there was nothing else.
