does anyone have any good tips of items and scrolls i should use against them?

For Pock/Saper/Riscors, they mostly deal dark icons, and dark is also the only thing they defend against. So anything that deals anything not dark and blocks some dark will be fine.

Fiery Death Scroll is pretty cheap. Weapon-wise it depends what tier your pet is; Subetalodge has a full weapon list you can sort by the icons it deals and/or blocks and filter by tier: https://www.subetalodge.us/weap_list
