I think it would be wonderful to have an option to sort any Forum Group Mentions by ping group. It would help people stay organized, and help with breaks from Subeta. You come back to 10 pings but only 2 of them are even possibly relevant still, after the time has passed. With this method, you can just 1 click delete those irrelevant time sensitive pings. I made a little mock-up to help people picture it. I included a less 'obtrusive'/space-saving option of subheaders, but personally I prefer headers.

I have seen support for this in the past, with people saying things like how this will help them not miss their less active ping groups, or if they're in an extremely active ping group (like SubQ restocks) even just logging on daily you have a lot of time sensitive pings to clear, but they're mixed in with everything else.

I could definitely see adding sort options to the Ping History Page, but don't agree with having on the Event dashboard.

If it's going to be on a separate page I think the View All Events page makes more sense. Only going back two weeks would hardly help at all for a returning longer-time user.

But we also get kind of a lot of control over our Dashboard, I'd certainly be down with it being an option and it would easily fit in there.

It probably only shows when you have too many events. For me, on the event tab, it's a link at the very bottom.
