Heya, so I'm a little confused, I know the loyalty page states you get points for buying CSC through Paypal/Stripe, aka through this link: https://subeta.net/payments.php

Is this still true, seeing as paypal/stripe isn't the preferred payment method and we have the new CSC purchasing page (aka this link: https://auth.subeta.net/shop/credits) The above link even says that the new one is preferred, so why would loyalty points just be tied to the older payment method thats not preferred by subeta itself?

I didn't even realize there were 2 separate pages so when I bought CSC yesterday I was like oh yeah this is just the new one, not even realizing there was another option and the new page doesn't give out loyalty points.

So is this the case/can I get some clarification on this? If anyone can link to any post with more details that would be super helpful. No worries if its just the case that only one gives loyalty points but wanted to check anyway

The new page does give out loyalty points, but there seems to be some kind of issue with it. I would recommend filing a ticket and they can get you sorted c:

When the brand new page first came out, I bought CSC the same day and had to file a ticket for my points. Since then, they've been coming in just fine for me, though I've seen other people since then mention that they aren't getting their points right away either
