How can you send a ticket when you can't login?

I HAD TO MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT, I AM MARCHONOFF, BEEN HERE FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND I CAN'T LOG IN NOW, WTF GUYS?!?!

Filed a ticket, but no idea if it gets through, it tells me to log in through the new method which takes me back to Welcome, Guest! Something went wrong :(

My friend can't logon and can't send a ticket about it because it says she has to be logged on to send one. And like you it says something went wrong.

I really don't know what is going on, but I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK!! Thank you for the nerves, high blood pressure, stomach ache, head ache, really, like no other site, thanks a lot!
