Hi! So, I recently purchased $50 worth of CSC, and I was appropriately credited for that. I later (yesterday or the day before?) purchased another $25 worth of CSC, and I’m pretty sure that I haven’t gotten the stamp(s) on my reward card, yet.

I have received the CSC, but I don’t think I’ve gotten the loyalty points, basically. If there are logs to check and they say I did, then I guess I misremembered how much LP I had, but I’d really appreciate someone looking into it. I’m about… 85% sure I haven’t gotten my LP and stamps.

I also just purchased CSC. I went to check my loyalty card and got no stamps! I did receive my csc, though.

I would try filing a ticket to see if a UA can assist. They might not be able to do anything directly with the stamp, but they can confirm you should have received one, which might help the programmers.

I have no idea how to file a ticket. I looked, but my brain is being rude to me. (;–;)

The category you choose isn't that important, so you can just pick one that is closest to the issue. :)

Hallo^^ I had the issue with not receiving my LP's after purchase. This is what I was told

The rewards points not always going out is linked with the same issue causing CSC purchases not to log in the Cash Shop logs. They have the programming team looking into it, but it's been a tricky critter to pin down!

Do pop a ticket though. Someone will be more than happy to help you out and retrieve your points for you. Subeta team are amazing!

I had this same issue too, I purchased via the new/"preferred" method and no stamp, so I submitted a ticket after another user mentioned that the issue had been happening. Hopefully the issue can be fixed soon, i kinda wanna grab some more before the sale ends haha
