I don't know if everyone is having this problem, but I've reached 1,000 items given to the Red Rreign, but the achievement prize is not showing up and it has a gold star.

there is only one type of prize that does that and that is unlockable site themes which can be changed at https://subeta.net/preferences.php?act=layout or navigated to by hover on Personal > go down and click dashboard then click themes on the top of the page
