My subscription renews on the 13th every month, and usually if the item releases after I'm supposed to get it automatically, but sometimes I don't. Usually I'm told to just wait and I'll get it soon, but it's been about a day and a half and I still don't have it, so I'd like to know if anyone else whose subscription renewed before the item was releaed is still having the same problem, or if I really will need to make a ticket this time to have it fixed. And also if it's still being worked on, just to make sure you haven't forgotten since the Black Friday news post has been pushed down by other news posts since then.

I filed a ticket and was told that the Subeta team is working on it. <3

I have the item now. Guess it just took longer than usual to get it to work.
