EDIT: SOLVED! This can be closed but I'm keeping my post in case anyone else has this issue. I ended up having to have my avatar manually reset by a staff member.

Hi! My account is super ancient, however I lost access to it for a loooong time and recently (via the help of the lovely staff) got back into it. I assume while my account was in the deep sleep, some things got all borked.

My human avatar is super broken. It just shows an error image everywhere, including the wardrobe, preview images, and on my custom sidebar, I have not seen my poor avatar at all since I've come back. I have tried resetting it manually, clearing my cache and whatnot, but nothing seems to work. I also submitted a support ticket a while ago, but figured I'd see if there's any further input here I can try.

I'm on a windows 10 desktop, accessing the site on chrome, and it is still broken when I accessed the site on my Galaxy Note 10 phone running chrome.

I apologize if this is the wrong sub-forum, I consider myself a new player at this point. >__>;
