I cannot change my skintone under base /: every time i click on the base tab im led to a blank white page anyone else with this issue?

No. It seems to be working fine for me. what browser are you using, and do you have any add-ons?

I'm her sister trying to help her fix it, but no we turned off her add-ons and she is on google chrome. We also cleared her cache and it's still not working. The webpage is just entirely white and nothing is showing.

Weird. Everything else I can think of would mess up the whole wardrobe, not just the base page. All the other tabs working OK?

Yeah I had her send me screenshots of the other pages and every page works but the base page for her. Super weird.

I'm stumped. Hopefully someone on staff sees this and can figure it out.

Tried in Chrome, Opera and Firefox. Was fiddling with it to try and get a base to work!

When I added a # in between "subeta.net/wardrobe/#/base" it brought up the page but I still can't click them or save.

Can you double check javascript settings? Its working fine for me bit disabling javascript would cause whats happening. Although it should break other areas of the site for you too

Have you two recently come back from a hiatus? It's not uncommon for people who have been away for years to come back and need their HAs reset to properly use the wardrobe.

I'm not sure how to disable javascript.

I saw the broken wardrobe post Destiny made but it says to only comment on it and ping her if you're entire wardrobe is broken to reset it and for it's only one page.
