Not sure if I missed something recently being posted about this..

I just purchased CSC through the New Subeta site using a CC, but it didn't update my reward card to reflect it. I've waited a little bit to see if the site just needed to catch up, but I can see the CSC is now credited to my account, but still nothing on the Reward card. Is this a glitch related to purchasing with a CC instead of paypal? I normally only use paypal, but the new setup ONLY gives me the option to use a credit card.

Did anyone ever get back to you on this? The same thing happened to me today. I used the new method and didn't get any notifications, LP, or qualifying credit but I got my CSC pretty much instantly.

Decided to get another batch through the "old" way with Paypal. Got my notification, CSC, LP, and qualif credit just fine that way.

I ended up submitting a ticket and got it resolved that way. I've been buying CSC the 'old' way through Paypal on the legacy site ever since, because I haven't wanted to deal with that headache a second time.
