Yep! I just received it yesterday. Do you know of the Collection of Obscene Gesture Photos? I had been hexed quite a lot before equipping it, but I finally got the achievement after wearing that for 1 day (and plenty more hexes).

No. I gave up. I have over 50 hexes and no border. Maybe it's just broken with the lag and all the other issues going on.

could also just be bad luck, since it's random.

True. I just wouldn't be surprised if it's glitched right now since the wardrobes aren't even working half the time. I can wait until next year for the achievement.

I got the border a couple days ago so if it's broken, it only broke recently. I think it's just bad luck, unfortunately
