I'll post on a "TOT the person above you" thread, trick or treat, set the notification and even if I have to wait 8 minutes according to what it tells me after TOTing, less than a couple minutes later I'll get the event saying it's time again. If I'm not careful, I'll post on one of those threads and try to TOT and still have to wait several minutes before it's time.
