So this is my royal scootle, Esmargot. I want more escargot ingredients. I would rather have real looking things so no wildly colored (I know there are neon snails) and please nothing too expensive (so definitely no CWs) If I cannot find anything I will put more bread for the site lacking any breadcrumbs.

Note: I did not include the compound butters because those all have sweet elements to them and this is not a sweet dish.
