The harpoon should be good for a while, but you can consider . is challenger loot you can just win but at its current price it's also very affordable. Your freezer is good and at T9 you can replace it with .

For scrolls you can never have enough depending on your AP and holy crap, I've bought them for twice the price they're currently at. I just saw that. You can win them, but only once a year and there isn't a guarantee you'll win any so purchasing some is a good way to chain freeze those freezable opponents.

I usually refer to /">this comment for affordable weapon suggestions at certain tiers. Your deluxe death shard will work well as a freezer until you can upgrade later.

As for your scrolls, you only need one infinite use scroll equipped at a time. You have listed three infinite use scrolls. I used Feather Explosion until I earned an Aftershocks Scroll. By eliminating Holy Deluge and Divine Denizhen, you will free up some much needed AP. I agree with about the Shriek of Despair scrolls. Those will be super useful when freezing is not disabled.
