To preface, the issue I had extended across any device I tried it on--my PC using Vivaldi browser, my Macbook using Vivaldi and Safari browser, my iPhone using Opera browser. All my operating systems are up to date, except I think my macbook might not be, it's macOS Monterey 12.5.1?

I actually fixed my problem before making this ticket, so my only screenshot is kind of insufficient, maybe? But I was having an issue that I think might be related to my old HA being made before the Wardrobe changes. My only outfit that I had prior to returning to the site recently was a blank HA with the second-to-last eyes on the list. I do not remember the color of eyes that were selected, sorry. I think they were most likely gray. The skin tone was the lightest one, which is also what I would have picked when I was younger.

The eye color was left unselected in the Base options, which meant no eyes actually showed up on the options, despite nose and mouth options showing up fine. All of the buttons were present, but none of them actually had any eyes on them. Here is a screenshot of the eyes not showing. I hadn't fixed the issue until after taking the screenshot unfortunately, so the eye color section isn't included much, sorry. The eye color section looked like normal, but no section had the green drop shadow.

The fix was...selecting an eye color. But I didn't realize this for several days, haha. I think maybe the color on my old settings pre-New Wardrobe somehow left the color unselected. Not sure how or why. I ended up eventually figuring it out, so if this is as intended, then I guess this would belong in the Suggestions & Ideas board, since it was very difficult for me to figure out. Anyway, thanks!
