Hello! I don't think anyone else has brought this issue up yet, so I'm creating a new thread on it.

As the title states, I'm unable to view certain users' profiles. Every time I click on their name or manually key in their user URL, the site will attempt to load for a few seconds before 504'ing. So far, the only users I've noticed this with are users Grey and Aika. I've attempted to view Grey's profile on iOS 15.6.1 (Safari on iPhone), as well as on Windows 10 Pro (FireFox). Additionally, one of my friends is experiencing the same issue. They attempted to view Aika's profile on Microsoft Windows 11 (Chrome).

Is anyone currently aware of this issue? I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, and if so, which user profiles are inaccessible and if there's a correlation.

Aika's times out for me as well. I don't think they've blocked me, are these accounts super old? Maybe they had outdated code on their profiles that causes an error being retrieved.

, that's a possibility. i'm pretty sure grey has been around for a while, but i'm not sure about the other person.

That is weird...they both load for me. Now it takes a bit of time but it loads.

, strange! it's still not working for me. are you using a different device / browser than the ones i listed?

I am Microsoft Windows 11 (Chrome) same as your friend. I think Aika may be lagging because they have their pets broken into a bunch of different sections...or that is just my guess.

will this be looked into or is it not really paramount? it really isn't that big of a deal—i just wanted to nip it in the bud before it potentially turns into a larger issue.

I can report it but as it isn't affecting everyone, it may be hard to pinpoint the problem.

I also cannot see/access Aika, Grey or Trithie 's user profiles.

Using Windows 10 Home (Chrome)

When I tried yesterday I wasn't able to access any.

Today, I was eventually able to see profile, but I did get a timeout error and had to reload.

Both and give me timeouts and won't load no matter how often I try to reload.

Using desktop, win 10 and FF
