I was recently looking for some items like this and, while there are a handful of official items that exist that have the by-product of adding marks/wrinkles/age, most of the few that exist aren't really intended for this purpose; they involve working around/fudging to get them to look natural. (Some kind users brought up some items in this thread, but many of the only "general" aging items are CWs)

I feel like it might be nice to have some more options to make our HA's look older?

Crows feet, forehead lines, cheek shadowing, shadows/lines around the mouth.

Something like the that adds more mottled coloring the face so it doesn't look quite so smooth and even.

I support this too. It just broadens the potential to make any HA you want on the site.

I also support this, it would help people make more realistic self-portrait HAs and also for making characters.
