I can't find my Minion Zoo. It would be nice if there was a quicklink under Vaults (since a zoo is sorta like a vault for animals).

If you mean adding it to the menu system under personal->vault->minion zoo, I disagree. You can get to it like your other collections (beanbag, plushie, etc.) through the game page.

Though I would very much love to see it added to the drop down menu within the vault, under the Destination: section.
