Im trying to do a major drill's quest Restock something from Philosopher's Store (0/1)

Problem Philosopher's Store haven't restocked anything

10:11 pm, "Restocked 3 minutes ago" and the shop is empty.

It just restocked. It will usually restock every 6 minutes and only a handful of items.
