At around 430 my time I had around 10 million give or take in my vault and 2.8 million on hand while searching in the item directory. I closed my phone and went for a 3 hour walk and came back to my vault completely empty but I still have the 2.8 million on hand. Has anyone had this happen to them and if so, has anyone gotten it fixed?

My vaulted sP is fine. I would suggest submitting a ticket so that the UAs can look in it and get your sP back if the site randomly ate it.

I filed a ticket last night and they stated I pulled all my cash out and spent it all within an 8 minute window. I feel like I was hacked since I have no items in my inventory that cost that much. Someone might have bought high dollar items and gifted it to themselves. Gonna lock up my account a little better. Just keep a close eye on your accounts everyone.the SP can easily be made back so I'm not gonna sweat too hard about it. :)

If you think someone else accessed your account, you could ask them to look into what was bought or where the items went. They should be able to see if, for instance, someone bought something expensive and immediately sent it over to a different account

that's my exact thought! I asked the admin to send me a list of what was spent. I know I dropped a few million to get some beanbags and some high dollar minions but I doubt it amounted to the full 13 million I had in my vault. I also don't normally pull out that much in one withdrawal. I'm planning on fortifying my account a little more. I can make it back since quests have been very generous to me with rewards. I'm more glad my pets weren't transfered out to someone else.
