I'm unable to log in using the new method. After putting in a ticket, and trying various things, I was told to post here. Copypaste from ticket:

"Let the programmers know you were on windows 10 PC, using Chrome. Let them know you already spoke to a user admin and have tested the following:

1. Cleared your cache and cookies for all time
2. Changed your password
3. Changed your email
4. Logged out then back in original subeta.net
5. Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Opera) and different devices (PC and iphone)"

I am told my username is invalid and also can't login using the new method :c

I'm also having issues logging in, thankfully I'm still logged in on my PC but I'm not able to log in on my phone after I was randomly logged out. I've changed my password and email recently and still no luck.

edit: Finally was able to log in after changing my email and requesting a password change through "forgot password", which earlier was not working for me because it wasn't sending an email.
